Recipe: Sheet-Pan Italian Chicken, White Beans and Spinach for Two

Cook dinner for two without the waste! Fast-cooking chicken, flavorful beans and bold greens make this all-on-one meal so easy to assemble and have a nice healthy meal.  

Here are the ingredients


2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 to 7 oz each) 
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon salt

Beans and Spinach

1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
2 cups baby spinach leaves 
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese pearls (1/2-inch balls)
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
